You may be started on new treatment(s) for acute, short-term illnesses such as the flu. Appointments are arranged via virtual video meetings, on the phone, or in the comfort of your home. A video link will be provided prior to your appointment.
Payment Options
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Zelle payments.
• We do not accept health insurance however visits are eligible for you to use your FSA or HSA funds to pay for services.
• Your appointment times are reserved for you. We schedule our appointments so that you will receive the right amount of time for your service. It is very important for you to keep your scheduled appointments and arrive on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 24-hour notice. As a courtesy we email and text your appointment reminders. Add us to your contacts list and make sure to opt in for text messages to receive reminders. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, or ‘no show’ your appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee.

Weekly injections
- The recommended starting once weekly injection. Week 1-4 dose is 0.25 mg
- Weeks 5-8 start 0.5 mg each week
- Weeks 9-12 start 1 mg each week
- Maintenance: Weeks 13-16 1.7 mg weekly or at weeks 17 to longer increase as tolerated to 2.4 mg weekly
Tirzepatide (Zepbound brand) is used for weight loss, to help lose weight and keep weight off. Tirzepatide works for weight loss by decreasing appetite and slowing the movement of food from the stomach into the small intestine, which may make you feel full more quickly and for a longer period of time. Tirzepatide is a once-weekly injection given under the skin using a pen (autoinjector).
Zepbound (tirzepatide) is FDA-approved for weight loss in adults with obesity or who are overweight and have weight-related medical problems. Zepbound helps you to lose weight and maintain weight loss and should be combined with diet and exercise.
Serious tirzepatide side effects
Stop using this medicine and get emergency medical help if you have:
hives; difficulty breathing; feeling light-headed; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat; or
pancreatitis with symptoms of severe pain in your upper stomach spreading to your back, nausea, and vomiting.
37.5mg SR Capsules
Phentermine is an FDA-Approved appetite suppressant that has helped thousands of people lose and maintain weight loss in combination with diet and exercise.
Tablets
Phentermine/Topiramate (similar to generic Qsymia®) is a prescription weight loss medication that has been shown to reduce both appetite and food cravings.
Liraglutide (Victoza and Saxenda)
Initial dose: 0.6 mg subcutaneously once a day for 1 week
- Week 2: Inject 1.2 mg subcutaneously once a day
- Week 3: Inject 1.8 mg subcutaneously once a day
- Week 4: Inject 2.4 mg subcutaneously once a day
- Week 5: Inject 3 mg subcutaneously once a day
Maintenance dose: 3 mg subcutaneously once a day.
Compounded Semaglutide Injection Dosing Plan
Initial Dose Escalation Schedule:
- Weeks 1 through 4: 0.25 mg subcutaneously once a week
- Weeks 5 through 8: 0.5 mg subcutaneously once a week
- Weeks 9 through 12: 1 mg subcutaneously once a week
- Weeks 13 through 16: 1.7 mg subcutaneously once a week
Maintenance Dose:
- Week 17 and onward: 2.4 mg subcutaneously once a week
Oral Tablets:Initial dose: 3 mg orally once a day for 30 days; then 7 mg orally once a day
- Titration: If additional glycemic control is needed after receiving 7 mg/day for at least 30 days, may increase to 14 mg orally once a day
Maintenance dose: 7 to 14 mg orally once a day. No injections. Medication placed under the tongue, as a dissolving tablet or liquid drops.
Maximum dose: 14 mg/day (taking two 7 mg tablets to achieve a 14 mg dose is not recommended)

Tirzepatide
Weekly Injections
Tirzepatide is the active pharmaceutical ingredient, of Mounjaro, that has helped thousands of people lose and maintain weight loss in combination with diet and exercise.
- The recommended starting dosage is 2.5 mg injected subcutaneously once weekly
- After 4 weeks, increase to 5 mg injected subcutaneously once weekly
- The maximum dosage is 15 mg subcutaneously once weekly
- Administer once weekly at any time of day, with or without meals.
Injection: 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, or 15 mg per 0.5 mL in single-dose pen or single-dose vial
