Weight Loss Goals

I went to the grocery store earlier this week and as I walk through aisle 10 searching for eggs, I saw a woman about my height and size with a cart filled with over 10,000 grams of sugar! From Cheerios and Froot Loops to beef jerky, her cart was packed.

I had to double check to make sure it was just for her. According to the US Department of Statistics: Most women over 40 are at risk for cancers, diseases and illnesses, often without even knowing it. This made me realize that many people are unaware of the mistakes they’re making that keep them fatigued with high blood pressure and feeling burnt out.

If you want to lose 10 to 15 pounds with ease or challenge your doctor when they say nothing is wrong despite feeling off, here are a few things you should do:

1. Commit to the decision to embark on this journey to achieve sustainable weight loss.
2. Follow my plan of changing your diet and incorporating a routine exercise program
3. Stay hydrated and get enough sleep. Sounds simple enough but it makes a big difference in your success.
4. Lastly, set realistic goals
